MUNICH-STYLE HELLES•4.5% ABV
Bethine is our Munich-Style Helles Lager which is brewed in celebration of Conrad’s Grandmother. The beer is lovingly brewed with a blend of Prairie Select pilsner malt and Weyermann Barke Vienna. This malt accented lager uses exclusively Spalter Select hops and has a soft biscuity flavor with floral and mild spicy aromatics.
DOLORES | DRAFT & TO-GO
PILSNER•4.8% ABV
Dolores is our beloved Pilsner beer, brewed in honor of Mat’s Abuelita. This beer has a simple malt bill of Prairie Select pilsner malt which is layered with precise amounts of Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops that give it a bright and complex aromatic profile. Our pilsner is spicy and herbaceous with a hint of citrus underneath.
HARRIS | TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.7% ABV
Harris, our West Coast IPA, is respectfully brewed for Conrad’s Grandfather. This new West Coast classic is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops. We use a large addition of Citra Incognito to give this beer a resiny citrus pop! This beer boasts flavors of pine, orange marmalade, and lime.
HERMAN | TO-GO
HAZY IPA•7.0% ABV
Herman is the IPA we brew to celebrate Mat’s Papa. Pilsner malt lays the foundation for this beer while malted and flaked oats are added to give it a full and rounded mouthfeel. Citra, Strata, Centennial, and Amarillo hops are added for notes of pineapple, candied berries, and orange zest.

VIENNA LAGER•5.2% ABV
Weyermann Vienna malt and a touch of Canadian grown pilsner malt went through a rigorous step mashing process before we added in light layers of German grown Hersbrucker and Tettnang hops. Dusty has wonderful toasted bread notes and a light hop expression of geranium and black tea.

BAVARIAN-STYLE PILSNER•5.0% ABV
This delectable Southern German pilsner blends Calista, Spalter Select, and Hersbrucker hops together for the perfect balance of herbal and floral notes. The merger of old world Pilsner malts create a soft biscuit and honey flavor profile underneath the lightly hoppy aroma.

NEW ENGLAND PILSNER•5.0% ABV
Collab with Fidens
Be courageous and try something new. Like this soft and hoppy pilsner we brewed with our new friends from Albany, New York! Nelson, Citra, and Galaxy hops provide a bouquet of fruit flavors from lychee and watermelon to mango custard while flaked oats and spelt malt create a pillowy mouthfeel with a semi-dry finish. It's new and strange and we love it.

RAUCH MÄRZEN•5.2% ABV
Beechwood smoked malt and a blend of Munich malts lay the groundwork for this rich and toasty beer that finishes with a subtle smoke character. Dashes of Hersubrucker and Spalter Select hops balance this malt forward beer with hints of noble hop spice aromas.

EXPORT HELLES•5.5% ABV
One of our favorite styles to drink is the small but mighty Helles beer. This export version is a little higher in abv and has a delicate balance of bready malt and floral hops. We just love it so much.

DUNKEL-STYLE LAGER•5.3% ABV
Our new Dunkel showcases the beauty of Munich malts with rich bread crust, toffee, and delicate chocolate aromas. This beer pairs exceptionally well with amaretto flan from our friends in the kitchen, Pan Con Queso.

CZECH-STYLE AMBER LAGER•5.1% ABV
Collab with Great Notion
Our take on this classic style has Bohemian and German malts that were decocted for a rich and toasty malt profile. The Czech Saaz and Kazbek hops balance the malt presence with just enough herbal and spice notes along with a hint of black currant. Na zdravi!
DĚDA | DRAFT & TO-GO
CZECH PALE LAGER•4.1% ABV
Our double decocted pale lager Děda is sure to delight with its deceptively light body and balanced malt and hop profiles. Bready and herbal notes give way to a rich yet crushable beer. Na zdraví!
BABI | DRAFT & TO-GO
ČERNÉ PIVO•4.3% ABV
Babi is a Czech Dark Lager, or Černé Pivo as the Czech say. Pilsner, Vienna, and a little roasted malts were decocted in the mash to provide more malt depth. We then hopped this beer with only the finest Czech saaz and the results showcase notes of cracker, roast, and cola with a spicy saaz aroma.

ITALIAN-STYLE PILSNER•5.2% ABV
Our new Italian Pilsner is the perfect porch beer, in our humble opinion. Pilsner and Chit Malt lay the foundation for Spalter Select and Tettnanger Hops, which give us notes of lemon balm, light spice, and geraniums. Godere!
AIDA | CAN POUR & TO-GO
FRUITED BERLINER•5.5% ABV
This sour Berliner-style ale is brewed with pilsner malt, flaked, and malted wheat. We added so much dang passionfruit and pineapple puree you almost couldn't believe it. The resulting beer is a bright and acidic sour ale bursting with pineapple, guava, and tangelo fruit flavors.
KENNY | DRAFT & TO-GO
HOPPY RED ALE•6.5% ABV
This Red Ale is hopped like an IPA with an even balance of Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops and just a smidge of Chinook added in for good measure. Aromas and flavors of grapefruit, chocolate covered oranges, blueberry, and classic pine are present here.

WEST COST IPA•6.9% ABV
Our newest IPA, named after one of our very own, lands just in time for 4/20. Simcoe, Columbus, Centennial and Citra hops shower us with waves of orange sherbert, ganja and strawberry aromas, with a soft pine tar finish. The perfect throwback IPA to just vibe.

This soft and crushable IPA leans heavy into the tropical realm and we love that. Idaho 7, Nectaron, Citra and Amarillo hops give us waves of pineapple rind, pink starburst candies and hints of calamansi fruit. Tagay!

Collab with Bottleworks
This mega collab with 14 breweries was made with our friends from Bottleworks in Seattle for their 25th anniversary. A simple pilsner malt bill blends with Citra, Waimea, Nectaron, Columbus and Columbus Cryo hops for a light and dry IPA with loads of tropical and dank aromas and flavors from pineapple to guava and passionfruit with a touch of Mary Jane. Congrats on 25 years!
KING STAHLMAN | DRAFT & TO-GO
SAN DIEGO IPA•7.0% ABV
King Stahlman is an explosively aromatic IPA stuffed to the gills with Mosaic, HRC-003, Citra Cryo, and Amarillo hops. Waves of candied peaches and dank ganja notes blend seamlessly with the mango and ripe berry flavors. A touch of soft bitterness and pine resin linger in the background.
DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED COUSIN SHANNON | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.5% ABV
Named after our sweet delivery van, this IPA is loaded with Simcoe, Centennial, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 hops for a classic yet totally Cousin Shannon has been driven to new heights with this extra dose of hops we threw at it. Strawberry and blueberry aromas blend perfectly with the light tropical and citrus notes of pineapple and fresh grapefruit. Mosaic, Simcoe, and Centennial hops for the win.

This little westy is a certified banger. Mosaic, Citra, and Strata hops combine to give us aromas of pineapple, kiwi, mango, and nectarines. Goes great with a slice of ‘za.
