For our final anniversary collaboration, we're going international. Uchu Brewing is based in Japan and they’re heading over for the Fuji To Hood festival taking place just a few blocks away. We're honored to have partnered with them for this beer. We brewed an IPA with Pilsner malt and flaked rice to provide a slightly drier feeling, then hopped it with Citra hops from Coleman Farms who are just 30 minutes south of Portland. A dash of HBC 586 and Mosaic hops help round out the hop profile. Finally, we added a bit of Shikuwasa juice for a delightful citrus kick!
