Oswald is a delightful IPA loaded with stonefuit and tropical notes thanks to our use of Peacharine, Citra, and Idaho 7 Hops. Citra Dynaboost ties it all together for an extra punch of mango juice in the finish.

Dolores is our beloved Pilsner beer, brewed in honor of Mat’s Abuelita. This beer has a simple malt bill of Prairie Select pilsner malt which is layered with precise amounts of Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops that give it a bright and complex aromatic profile. Our pilsner is spicy and herbaceous with a hint of citrus underneath.

WEST COAST IPA•6.7% ABV
Harris, our West Coast IPA, is respectfully brewed for Conrad’s Grandfather. This new West Coast classic is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops. We use a large addition of Citra Incognito to give this beer a resiny citrus pop! This beer boasts flavors of pine, orange marmalade, and lime.
HERMAN | DRAFT & TO-GO
HAZY IPA•7.0% ABV
Herman is the IPA we brew to celebrate Mat’s Papa. Pilsner malt lays the foundation for this beer while malted and flaked oats are added to give it a full and rounded mouthfeel. Citra, Strata, Centennial, and Amarillo hops are added for notes of pineapple, candied berries, and orange zest.

Our Oatmeal Stout is chock full of delectable specialty malts that give this beer it’s full flavored character. With heaps of flaked oats to crystal, chocolate and kilned coffee malts, this little stout packs a big punch of nutty, creamy, and roasty and toasty flavors and aromas. This oak smoked wheat beer was created with our pals from Fair State Brewing in Minneapolis to honor an old friend, Bartleby Bloss. Light smoke, honeysuckle, and jasmine are found throughout the palate of this effervescent beer.

Collab with Holman’s
Since 1933, our friends at Holman’s have been serving up quality comfort food and proper pint togo with it. We couldn’t think of a better fit than an all American Pilsner beer to match their vibe. Idaho grown malt, Oregon grown tettnang, and Washington grown Crystal hops give this beer notes of lemon grass, hay, and freshly baked white bread. Enjoy!

This beer style is a delicous Winter treat that is traditionaly brewed in the Baltics. Molasses, dark fruit, chocolate, and just a hint of roastiness come through thanks to the combination of Munich, Pilsner, Chocolate, and Crystal malts used in this beer.

We got together with our pals from Breakside to concoct a remarkable IPA bursting with fruit flavor. Comet hops from Loza Farms along with Citra and Nelson hops did the job for us. Lemon pith, cherry, and watermelon come through in the nose with gummy sharks and pineapple juice flavors in each sip.

This epic collab wtih ISM and Creature Comforts LA is loaded with Krush, Strata, Columbus Cryo, and Chinook hops which are layerd over Pilsner and 2 Row malts. Berry and mango notes are super punchy while dank and citrus undertoones follow behind in the finish.

Our old buddy Connor stopped by to work on this fun NZ Pils with us recently. He of course showed us some killer lots of Freestyle Farms hops like Peacharine, Nelson Bliss, and NZ Cascade. They fill this beer with lychee, apricot, hints of ganja, and a bright white peach finish. Chur bro!
MR MERCURY | DRAFT
BOHEMIAN PILSNER•4.9% ABV
We couldn’t get more traditional if we tried, and we did with this beer! This pilsner has a biscuity and bready malt profile that is balanced by the noble hop aroma of only the finest Saaz hops. Pairs perfectly with terrible song choices at karaoke.
KENNY | DRAFT & TO-GO
HOPPY RED ALE•6.5% ABV
This red ale is hopped like an IPA with an even balance of Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops and just a smidge of Chinook added in for good measure. Aromas and flavors of grapefruit, chocolate covered oranges, blueberry, and classic pine are present here.

Double Elbow makes all their lagers with American ingredients and European techniques. Cold Stream Steffi pilsner malt grown in Washington and US Tettnang hops grown at Goschie farms here in Oregon give us notes of hay and white bread crust in the nose with herbal and white pepper flavors in the finish.

MODERN CREAM ALE•4.5% ABV
Kylie and Lynlee Created this absolute crusher of a beer, Toby, for the 10th anniversary of the Shebrew Festival. They took a more modern hopping approach with just a skosh of Citra and Amarillo for a light citrus and stonefruit flavor profile. Notes of apricot and lemon balm can be found in the nose with just a hint of dandelion peeking through.
