We brewed a delightful Keller Pils with our friends at Wayfinder and Human People that we’ve named after Carrol, the dog. It’s layered with German, Slovenian and Czech hops that complement the Bavarian pilsner malt we delicately decocted. Spicy, herbal and soft fruit notes are prevalent in this beer. All the brewing teams will be In Häus, so come by between 5pm and 7pm, get a bucket of five cans for $20 and get artistic with us. We’ll have art supplies for you to create whatever comes out of your brain!
