Join us for a curated cheese tasting featuring Swiss Raclette presented by Ellian from @lafemmefromage.

Raclette is a Swiss dish, also popular in the other Alpine countries, based on heating cheese and scraping off the melted part, then typically served with boiled potatoes. Ellian will be offering a casual “Raclette Nachos” version served with potato chips.
