MUNICH-STYLE HELLES•4.5% ABV•20 IBU
Bethine is our Munich-Style Helles Lager which is brewed in celebration of Conrad’s Grandmother. The beer is lovingly brewed with a blend of Prairie Select pilsner malt and Weyermann Barke Vienna. This malt accented lager uses exclusively Spalter Select hops and has a soft biscuity flavor with floral and mild spicy aromatics.
DOLORES | DRAFT & TO-GO
PILSNER•4.8% ABV•45 IBU
Dolores is our beloved Pilsner beer, brewed in honor of Mat’s Abuelita. This beer has a simple malt bill of Prairie Select pilsner malt which is layered with precise amounts of Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops that give it a bright and complex aromatic profile. Our pilsner is spicy and herbaceous with a hint of citrus underneath.
HARRIS | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.7% ABV•55 IBU
Harris, our West Coast IPA, is respectfully brewed for Conrad’s Grandfather. This new West Coast classic is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops. We use a large addition of Citra Incognito to give this beer a resiny citrus pop! This beer boasts flavors of pine, orange marmalade, and lime.
HERMAN | DRAFT & TO-GO
HAZY IPA•7.0% ABV•30 IBU
Herman is the IPA we brew to celebrate Mat’s Papa. Pilsner malt lays the foundation for this beer while malted and flaked oats are added to give it a full and rounded mouthfeel. Citra, Strata, Centennial, and Amarillo hops are added for notes of pineapple, candied berries, and orange zest.

FRANK | DRAFT
MEXICAN LAGER•5.2% ABV•24 IBU
Named after Mat's fun living tio, this beer reminds us of cruising to the beach in a stylish convertible. Frank has a blend of flaked corn, pilsner and Vienna malt that provides a cracker like flavor. Mittlefruh and Mandarina Bavaria hops balance the malt perfectly with notes of rosemary and orange peel. UPPER WEST COAST PILSNER•5.8% ABV•25 IBU
Collab with Holy Mountain
Our pals from the upper coast city of Seattle love Citra hops and so do we. With that in mind, we created this beer with a variety of Citra hop products and we love how it turned out. Passionfruit, mango, and lychee are in every sip and sniff of Margie Lee.
CASTORINI | DRAFT & TO-GO
ITALIAN PILSNER•5.2% ABV•36 IBU
Our Italian Pilsner returns! This beer has a blend of Saphir, Spalter Select, and Tettnang hops with a malt backbone of Pilsner and chit malt. The resulting beer has a bouquet of green tea and jasmine with a slight malty note of water cracker.
CARVER | DRAFT & TO-GO
LIGHT LAGER•4.3% ABV•22 IBU
When you float the river, you need something to keep you cool and refreshed and Carver is just that. Light, dry, and just a little fruity thanks to some small Calista and Citra hop additions.
BABI | TO-GO
CZECH DARK LAGER•4.3% ABV•25 IBU
Babi is a Czech Dark Lager, or Černé Pivo as the Czech say. Pilsner, Vienna, and a little roasted malts were decocted in the mash to provide more malt. depth. We then hopped this beer with only the finest Czech saaz and the results showcase notes of cracker, roast, and cola with a spicy saaz aroma.

AMERICAN MILD ALE•4.0% ABV•18 IBU
Collab with Obelisk Beer
Our collaboration with Obelisk Beer is an 'American mild ale' and I bet you're wondering what that is. It's really just our interpretation of a Dark Mild, brewed to be slightly more American hop-forward and using one of our favorite non lager yeasts, Chico. It has notes of biscuit, soft caramel, dark chocolate, and a slightly fruity hop flavor and aroma from the addition of American Noble Citra and good ole' Willamette hops.

Collab with Ruse
Carl is loaded with hand selected Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic hops from both of our breweries chosen lots and we get loads of fresh pine, orange marmalade, and hints of white grape in the nose. A nice dry finish follows the juicy fruit flavor of this beer.
DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED COUSIN SHANNON | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.5% ABV•44 IBU
Cousin Shannon has been driven to new heights with this extra dose of hops we threw at it. Strawberry and blueberry aromas blend perfectly with the light tropical and citrus notes of pineapple and fresh grapefruit. Mosaic, Simcoe, and Centennial hops for the win.
WINNIE COOPER | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•7.0% ABV•55 IBU
We wanted to highlight one of the first hops we fell in love with when we were young brewers, Mosaic. With a little help from her friends Simcoe and Vic Secret, this beer has captured all the things we wanted out of these hops. Peach, strawberries, white grape, and guava can be found throughout the aroma and finish of this one.

Collab with Fair State
This oak-smoked wheat beer was created with our pals from Fair State brewing in Minneapolis in honor of an old friend, Bartleby Bloss. Light smoke, honeysuckle, and jasmine are found throughout the palette of this effervescent beer.
